1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on destination and time of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.
2. Will I be charged additional taxes?
No additional customs taxes will apply, as all our stock is located within the EU. However, buyers are responsible for any import duties or local charges that may be imposed by their own country’s regulations. We recommend checking your local customs policy for more details.
3. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on business days are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
4. What delivery options are available?
We offer several delivery options:
- GLS: 2–4 business days
- UPS: 1–3 business days
All shipments include tracking.
5. What happens if my order goes missing?
If your order is lost in transit, the shipping provider will cover the loss. Please contact our customer support if you suspect your parcel has gone missing, and we will assist you with the claims process.
