All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected after purchase.

5. Delivery

Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are typically processed and shipped the same day. Delivery times vary by country and courier but are usually between 1–5 business days. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Perishable goods such as snus are non-refundable once dispatched due to hygiene and freshness concerns.

7. Ownership

All products remain the property of SnusBox until full payment has been received.

8. Complaints

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support promptly to receive a return number (RN). Items returned without a valid RN may be rejected. Damage during shipping must be reported immediately for compensation.

9. Liability and Claims

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt. In the case of a valid complaint, we provide a prepaid return label. If the complaint is not accepted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. No handling or inspection fees will be charged.
